Looking at the sleet out of the window this afternoon and thinking it’s definitely a weekend for Zwift and turbo training … if you’re struggling for motivation why not join the club virtual ride at 9am on Sunday morning? Just sign up here to have the zoom link emailed to you.
With lockdown routines on a seemingly endless loop of bed – laptop – fridge – zoom repeat I know the Club’s virtual sessions provide a lifeline in terms of an element of structure and contact during each week. At least I’ll come out of lockdown with better flexibility and core strength with all the yoga and S&C I’m doing – every cloud has a bit of a silver lining it seems! Thanks again to Rebecca and Emma for leading these great sessions.
We’re now over 100 members so thank you again and welcome to new members and welcome back old timers. I really look forward to meeting everyone in person one day!
We have our monthly committee meeting on Monday so if there’s anything you want to raise just let me know.
