Hello, I hope that this finds you well and that you are having a great week. Just a little reminder for our AGM tomorrow night at 8pm, where we’ll be trying out a new format with the hope of making it more accessible for everyone.
The meeting will be held online via Zoom and will run until around 9pm. During this time, we’ll cover important updates on how the club is doing, carry out elections for committee and wider club roles, and share how you can contribute in the future.

Committee and Wider Club Roles
I just wanted to say a huge thanks to a number of people who have come forward especially for some of the wider club roles. We still have a few gaps and I just wanted to share those on here prior to tomorrow night. You can stand on the night for these roles and even if you think there’s a particular task involved in a certain role that you think you might be able to help with i.e. posting to instagram/Facebook or taking minutes at committee meetings then we’d love to hear from you.
