Coached Spin – Leys
Join us for our coached spin session at Leys Pools and Leisure Centre from 7pm till 8pm on Friday nights. Please meet at the leisure centre reception for 6:45pm to allow time to set up in the spin room. If you are running late please ask reception for directions to the spin room.
Water is an essential and a towel to help with the sweat is advised too. There are changing rooms where you can shower post session. Lockers use a small personal lock rather than coins or bags can be brought up to the spin room.
The bikes can be paired with the ICG Training App which can be found in the Android and Apple app stores this allows you to set your bikes to your FTP and upload your rides to Strava/Training Peaks. More information can be found here – https://www.teamicg.com/en/digital/icg-app/overview
